Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded. We still want you to be happy, so we'll refund you in the cases below.

1. Before you buy

Please check the requirements on each product page, especially the Ableton Live version and edition and whether Max for Live is needed. Products marked "pay what you want" can be tried for $0 before deciding to pay.

2. When we refund

• Duplicate purchase: you bought the same product twice by mistake.
• Defective files: a file is broken and we can't give you a working replacement within 48 hours.
• Not downloaded: you ordered by mistake and haven't downloaded the files, and you ask within 14 days.

3. When we don't refund

• Change of mind after downloading.
• Not meeting the stated requirements (for example, buying a Max for Live device without a Live edition that runs Max for Live).

4. How to ask for a refund

Email contact@mixmaak.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.
