• Yes: use everything you create with Mix Maak products in your music, released commercially on Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, YouTube, TV, film, games and live sets, with no royalties and no credit required.
• Yes: you keep 100% of the streaming, sync, performance and publishing income from your tracks.
• No: you can't resell, share or redistribute the devices, racks, samples or MIDI files themselves, modified or not.

1. Grant of license

When you get a product from Mix Maak (mixmaak.com), whatever price you paid, Mix Maak grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable and royalty-free license to use the included Max for Live devices, Ableton racks and presets, audio samples and MIDI files to create your own original music and audiovisual works.

2. What you can do

• Release music made with our products commercially on any platform.
• Use that music in film, TV, advertising, video games, podcasts and social media.
• Perform live and DJ with it.
• Install the products on the computers you personally use for music production.

3. What you can't do

• No redistribution: you may not upload, share, torrent, resell, lease or sublicense the devices, racks, presets, samples or MIDI files, whether modified or unmodified.
• No competing products: you may not use them to build sample packs, instruments, devices, sound libraries or AI training datasets.
• Single user: each license is for one person or one studio. Sharing your download with others breaks this license.

4. Trademarks

Ableton Live and Max for Live are trademarks of Ableton AG. Max is a trademark of Cycling '74. Mix Maak is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Ableton AG or Cycling '74. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility.

5. No warranty

Products are provided "as is". Check the requirements on each product page before you buy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mix Maak is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, its products.
